Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Azure Windows System Administrator / Azure Infrastructure Engineer to support and maintain enterprise Microsoft Windows and Azure infrastructure in a 24x7 production setting.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows Server administration, Microsoft Azure, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), operating system upgrades, CI/CD deployment pipelines, and ITIL-based incident and change management processes.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support Microsoft Windows Server environments.
Perform Windows Server operating system installation, configuration, patching, and upgrade activities.
Monitor and support 24x7 production systems to ensure high availability and performance.




Deploy applications and infrastructure changes using CI/CD pipelines.
Troubleshoot infrastructure, operating system, networking, and application issues.
Manage Incident, Problem, Change, and Capacity Management activities following ITIL best practices.
Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge articles.
