We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team and help customers achieve value from our software solutions.
In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of customer accounts, building strong relationships, supporting product adoption, and driving positive customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of approximately 50 customer accounts across a range of industries
Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders and act as a primary point of contact
Conduct regular customer meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Create success plans aligned to customer goals and business needs.
Support product adoption through training, guidance, and best practice recommendations
Monitor usage and engagement data to identify opportunities and risks
Work collaboratively with Sales and internal teams to support renewals and account growth
Gather customer feedback and advocate for customer needs internally
Skills and Experience
Experience in customer success, account management, or another customer-facing role within a B2B SaaS environment




Ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders and understand different business needs
Strong communication and presentation skills
Confidence working with CRM and customer success platforms such as Salesforce and Gainsight
A data-informed approach to managing accounts and identifying opportunities.
Solid organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
