We are seeking an experienced and visionaryleader to join AnglicareCQ as an
Executive Manager -Service Development
, to be based inRockhampton.
Reporting to the ChiefExecutive Officer, the Executive Manager – Service Development is akey member of the leadership team and is accountable for servicedelivery across our portfolios, contractual performance compliance,continuous improvement and strategic growth through partnershipsand innovation.Working with the CEO, the Executive Manager –Service Development will help turn strategy into action,build strong professional relationships across the organisation andfocus on service development.
Whatwill a typical day look like?
Lead andinspire service delivery portfolio managers to providesafe, inclusive, and culturally appropriateservices.
Drive growthand sustainability by identifying funding opportunities,strategic partnerships, and sector innovations.
Ensurecompliance and excellence in licensing, accreditation, riskmanagement, and contractual obligations.
Championcontinuous improvement and embed best practice across allprograms.
RepresentAnglicareCQ in networks, forums, and advocacy initiativesto strengthen community impact.
MandatoryRequirements:
Abachelor's degree in social or behavioural sciences, socialwork or psychology (or related discipline).




Aminimum 5 years of relevant managerial level experience withincommunity services and housing sectors.

Astrong communicator, able to quickly build rapport andinfluence across a diverse range of people.

Ability to obtain aBlue Card (working with children check positive notice orexemption)
Ability to obtain aYellow Card (disability services positive notice or exemptionnotice)
