As our new Electrical Design Engineer, you'll be a valued part of the Industrial EI&C; team who are changing the way we design and deliver major works to be carbon neutral and sustainable.
Role responsibilities
In-depth knowledge of heavy industrial and process plant projects
A fundamental knowledge of key Australian Standards
Client interfacing
Demonstrated experience in detailed design of electrical, instrumentation and control systems
Experience with power systems software
Experience across all project development phases including concept, FEED and detail design
Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written

As well as experience in a similar electrical engineering role previously.
Requirements
Completed a Degree in Electrical Engineering recognised by Engineers Australia




A minimum of 5 years' post graduate experience working on industrial projects, delivering process plant projects, energy sector, water sector or mining projects ensuring quality deliverables while meeting agreed schedules.
Applied knowledge of 'in-plant' electrical distribution (MV and LV systems) and motor control systems
Applied knowledge of relevant standards including AS/NZS ****, AS/NZS ******** and AS/NZS ****.
Experience across all project development phases including concept, FEED and detail design
Ability to proactively interact with Project Managers, discipline engineers and designers to support project deliverables
