Southern Cross Care Queensland is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our compassionate team at a Residential Aged Care Home in the Western Downs region of Queensland.
You will provide holistic clinical care to residents under the guidance of clinical leaders and work as part of a supportive, team‐oriented culture.
You must hold current AHPRA registration as an RN, be able to work across shifts, and bring knowledge of chronic conditions, palliative and dementia care.
