Job Description
Overview
We're looking for a Senior Client Executive to partner with one of Australia's most established and respected financial services organisations, supporting a diverse portfolio across business, commercial and insurance‐led offerings.
The brand operates at scale, with marketing that blends performance-driven digital activity, transformation and meaningful partnerships.
This is a hands‐on, fast‐paced role where you'll help bring digital ecosystems, performance campaigns and digital/content partnerships to life.
Strong client service and stakeholder management sit at the heart of the role, with key responsibilities across managing timelines, coordinating delivery, and ensuring campaigns run smoothly end‐to‐end.
Working closely with the client team and a broad group of cross‐functional specialists, you'll become a trusted day‐to‐day partner to the client - translating digital performance into clear, confident client conversations.
You'll be embedded in a large, collaborative team spanning performance, digital, analytics, investment and partnerships, giving you exposure to how best‐in‐class media solutions are built.
With a strong skew toward digital and performance channels, this role plays a critical part in planning and reporting across always‐on activity.

What key accountabilities does this role have?
Act as a trusted, responsive day-to-day contact for clients, internal teams, and stakeholders
Partner closely with the client team and other cross functional to deliver seamless, proactive and high-quality client service
Own key timelines and workflows, ensuring briefs, responses and campaigns run smoothly end-to-end
Support client conversations by clearly articulating digital performance, insights and recommendations
Build strong working relationships by bringing structure, clarity and confidence to every interaction
Support the planning, delivery and optimisation of digitally led, performance-focused campaigns, particularly across mid-to-lower funnel activity
Work closely with performance, digital and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are set up for success and optimised against KPIs
Assist in interpreting results, learning agendas and test-and-learn frameworks to continually improve outcomes
Coordinate reporting that tells a clear story - translating data into insights clients can understand and act on
Act as a connector across strategy, analytics, digital, investment and partner agencies
Participate in cross-functional sessions, weekly WIPs and learning forums to build capability across channels
Proactively flag risks, opportunities and improvements, contributing to smarter ways of working
Maintain strong attention to detail across budgets, specs, timelines and deliverables
Take ownership of your development, leaning into learning opportunities and feedback
What are the key skills and requirements for this role?
2+ years' experience in a media agency or digital/performance-focused role, ideally within a fast‐paced, client-led environment
Confidence managing campaign delivery, reporting and financial processes end to end
Strong understanding of digital and performance media, including how campaigns are planned, delivered and evaluated
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Experience working with performance data and insights, with the ability to present clear, actionable recommendations to clients
Solid understanding of the Australian digital media landscape
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, workstreams and deadlines
A client-first mindset, with clear, professional communication skills and comfort working with multiple stakeholders
A collaborative approach and enjoyment working with cross-functional specialists
High numerical accuracy and robust attention to detail
Curiosity, ambition and a genuine desire to learn, grow and develop
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to present concise, actionable insights
Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns and competing priorities
Solid understanding of the Australian digital media landscape
