We have an exciting opportunity for a Salesperson to join our Wongan Hills team.
What You'll Do:
Reporting to the Branch Manager you will focus on developing strong customer relationships.
Our customer base is broad and can include local farmers and retail customers; the focus of your role is to provide memorable experiences for all customers either in store or over the telephone whilst:
Performing general administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching of goods
Conduct counter sales while delivering exceptional customer service
Assisting customers with pricing and product queries
Maintaining safety processes
Assisting with merchandise campaign material
Maintaining a welcoming, friendly, and well-presented store and setting
Loading and unloading trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders and deliveries
What You'll Bring:
To be successful in this role you will have experience in working in a team environment and have a passion for Australian farming and agriculture.
Knowledge of rural merchandise is desirable but not essential.
In addition, you will demonstrate:
Effective verbal communications skills to build solid long-term customer relationships.
A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills.
Willingness to learn and have a 'can-do"attitude
Excellent attention to detail.
Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly.
A current driver's license is essential.
MR License & Forklift ticket is desirable, but not mandatory
