About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Officer to join our Farming & Stockfeeds team based at our Huntly site in Victoria.
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in delivering effective HR support, partnering with leaders to drive employee engagement, workforce initiatives, recruitment, return-to-work programs, and day-to-day HR operations.
This is a diverse, hands-on role that will suit a motivated HR professional looking to broaden their experience within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes across Farming & Stockfeeds.
Partner with Site Managers to provide HR support, advice,



and guidance on people-related matters.
Support performance management, employee relations, workplace investigations, and engagement initiatives.
Monitor HR metrics and workforce trends, contributing to continuous improvement activities.
Coordinate injury management and return-to-work programs, including medical appointments and rehabilitation support.
Maintain accurate HR records, ensure compliance requirements are met, and support the implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
About You
The ideal candidate will bring:
A qualification in Human Resources or relevant experience in a similar HR role.
Sound knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and workplace health and safety principles.
Robust communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Advanced computer skills and a current driver's licence.
