About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
SAP Project Manager
to lead the delivery of key SAP initiatives, with a strong focus on
SAP S/4HANA
.
This is an exciting 12-month contract chance based in Melbourne, where you will be responsible for managing project delivery, stakeholder engagement, governance, and ensuring successful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Manage SAP S/4HANA implementation, enhancement, migration, or transformation initiatives.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, SAP functional consultants, technical teams, vendors, and third-party partners.
Facilitate project governance, steering committee meetings, and executive reporting.
Drive stakeholder engagement and manage expectations across business and IT teams.
Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.
Ensure adherence to established project management methodologies and best practices.




Support change management and business readiness activities as required.
Required Experience
Proven experience as an
SAP Project Manager
delivering large-scale SAP projects.
Strong experience with
SAP S/4HANA
implementations, upgrades, or transformation programs.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex project environments involving multiple stakeholders.
Strong project planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Experience working within enterprise-level environments.
Ability to drive project outcomes and manage competing priorities.
Preferred Experience
Experience delivering projects across Manufacturing, Retail, Utilities, Construction, or other enterprise industries.
SAP Activate methodology experience.
Relevant Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent).
Experience managing system integration partners and offshore teams.
