Required Skills and Experience
Relevant formal qualifications and training certifications
Minimum 3-5 years of practical experience in short-term rental operations, holiday letting, or
hotel front-office management.
Confident using Property Management Software (PMS) like Guesty, Hospitable, or similar
Exceptional communication style.
Capable of handling difficult guest situations with empathy and
