As aTelecommunication Network Engineer, you will be responsible for thedesign, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshootingoftelecommunication networks, ensuringhigh availability and performance.
You will work onIP/MPLS integration, commission and decommission network elements, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize telecommunication services.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues related toIP/MPLS implementation.
Work onEWO & PTW JIRA Ticketsand implement solutions as perHelix EO (Engineering Order).
Lead implementation ofnew site buildsfrom anIT Network perspective.
CreateHigh Level Design (HLD) and Low Level Design (LLD) documentsas per theScope of Work (SOW).
Preparefortnightly, monthly, and weekly reportsusingJIRA tickets.
DevelopRequest for Proposal (RFP) documents.
Commission and decommissionnetwork elements, ensuring smooth integration into existing infrastructure.
Hands on knowledgeexecuting Cisco NSO DHCP Migration, DNS IPIC Migration.
Analyze complex network problems, performroot cause analysis, and provide resolutions.
Implement network changes tominimize outages and optimize performance.
UpgradeIOS versionsto prevent system vulnerabilities and bugs.
Install, configure, and maintainnetwork devices, includingrouters and switches.
Conductcapacity planningand enhance link capacity for criticalNOC elements.
Ensure allnetwork designs meet quality standardsbased on process guidelines.




Drive best practices aligned withcompany frameworksand industry standards.
Maintainhigh quality service deliveryto customers and stakeholders.
Collaborate effectively withinternal and external teamsto optimize network performance.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experienceintelecommunication network engineering, IP/MPLS networking, and troubleshooting.
Robust expertise inrouting protocols(ISIS, OSPF, BGP) andMPLS L2/L3 VPNs.
Hands on experience withnetwork elements such as routers, switches, and other telecommunication infrastructure.
Familiarity withJIRA ticketing systems, Helix EO, and network reporting tools.
Experience withnetwork migration and service implementationin a large scale environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills with experience in working with international teams.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong understanding ofnetwork security, firewalls, and VPN configurations.
Ability toanalyze network issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement resolutions.
Excellent troubleshooting skills incomplex telecommunication environments.
Experience incapacity planning and network performance optimization.
Ability towork in a fast paced environmentand handle multiple tasks efficiently.
