About You




You're passionate about delivering high-quality care and building genuine connections with clients in bothResidential Aged Care Facilities and Home and Community Care.
You communicate well, bring a positive attitude to your work, and take pride in supporting others to live safely and independently.
Requirements
Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support or equivalent
Minimum of 3 months paid experience in Aged Care
Valid National Police Check
Fully COVID-19 vaccinated (in line with state requirements)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Valid driver's licence, reliable vehicle, and mobile phone
Must be open to travelling as far as Castlemaine
