Key responsibilities and accountabilities.
Taking customer orders over the counter (OTC)
Guiding customers through the menu
Up and add on selling
Shaking drinks according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Cooking and preparing pearls and other mix-ins
Following food safety requirements and cleaning and sanitation of utensils, surfaces, equipment and floors
You will bring your real self that is genuine & honest along with the ability to spark curiosity and joy with our customers through your customer service skills and personality.
Chatime operates under the Rapid-Food Industry Award.
