You will oversee opening/closing, support juniors, train staff and ensure KPI targets are met while upholding high food safety standards.
Ideal candidates have previous supervisory experience in hospitality, solid communication and a customer‐first mindset, with reliable, organized work habits and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
