Hours:Monday to Friday Day shift 6am-2pm
General Labourer's to join a busy production team in Wetherill Park.
This is a practical, physical role working with tyre retreads, it's a dirty setting, so you'll need to be comfortable getting your hands dirty and working around used tyres every day.
What you'll be doing:
You'll be trained across the full tyre retreading process, including:
Inspecting tyres inside and out to assess condition
Using electrical and laser-based technology to identify internal faults
Buffing and shaping tyre casings
Completing repairs and preparing casings for new tread
Applying new tread using automated machinery
Curing, finishing,



and completing final quality checks
Important to know:
This is a hands-on, Manual Handling role in an industrial environment - not a clean warehouse
You'll be working with used tyre casings and rubber dust
Full training is provided, so we're looking for someone who is willing to commit long-term and learn the process properly
