Length:12 months, potential to extend
Rate:Up to $1,150/day

A major enterprise group is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to own the day-to-day management of services delivered to employees and customers across multiple product and service lines.
This role leads an internal team and holds external service partners accountable to their contracts, service levels and budgets.
Please note:this is an operational service management role, not a project delivery role.
What you'll be doing
Managing day-to-day delivery of services across multiple service and product lines
Leading a team of product analysts and service partner delivery managers
Holding managed service providers and vendors accountable to SLAs and contracted outcomes
Managing delivery within approved budgets




Driving service quality and efficiency improvements
What we're looking for
5+ years in service delivery management within a large enterprise workplace
Proven experience managing external service partners or managed service providers against SLAs and contracts
Genuine people leadership experience - has directly managed a team, not just coordinated one
Strong commercial skills: budgets, vendor contracts, performance reporting
ITIL certification or strong ITIL framework experience highly regarded
Multi-vendor environment and/or airline, freight or logistics background a plus
