About the Role
Location:Redcliffe / Lawnton
Employment Type:Casual or Permanent Part-Time
We are recruitingsupport workersto join a dedicated support team assisting participants with Autism Level 3 and complex behavioural support needs.
As part of a 24/7 support team, shifts may include:
Day shifts
Afternoon shifts
Passive sleepover shifts
Active overnight shifts
Weekend shifts
Availability across a variety of shift types will be highly regarded.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will have:




Experience supporting people withAutism Spectrum Disorder (Level 3)
Experience working withcomplex behaviours and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies
Confidence implementing behaviour support plans and restrictive practices where authorised
A calm, patient, and proactive approach to support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster

What You'll Need
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Open Queensland Driver Licence
Reliable motor vehicle with comprehensive insurance
Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
Experience supporting participants with Autism and complex behaviours
A genuine commitment to supporting people with disability
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts across a 24/7 roster
