About the role:
Manage the day-to-day operations of strata properties, including budgeting, maintenance and repairs, and meetings.
Provide advice and service to clients based on accurate analysis of a wide range of real and perceived concerns about property and other issues.
Ensure compliance with strata legislation and bylaws.
Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and contractors to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
Prepare and present reports to committees.
Organise and facilitate strata committee meetings and general meetings.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for the portfolio.
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
Assist with the training and development of Strata Assistants.
Working as part of the strata services team.
About You:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in strata management.
Hold relevant Strata License and certifications.
Strong knowledge of strata and sympathetic industry legislation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to lead and develop team members.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
