The Chance
In this role, you will serve as the operational backbone of the practice, acting as the central link between Financial Advisers, major product platforms, and clients.
You will take full ownership of the client journey once advice is delivered, ensuring that strategic recommendations are executed flawlessly, efficiently, and with a high standard of care.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Advice Implementation
Strategy Execution: Take ownership of client files following Statement of Advice (SOA) or Record of Advice (ROA) sign-off.
Platform Operations: Prepare, submit, and manage applications across major wrap platforms, super funds, investment vehicles, and insurance providers.
Pipeline Management: Proactively follow up with product providers,



resolve administrative or underwriting requisitions, and track applications to completion while keeping clients informed.
Ongoing Client Engagement & Practice Support
Day-to-Day Queries: Act as a primary contact for incoming client enquiries regarding portfolio status, administration, and reporting.
Annual Reviews: Assist advisers with file preparation, pulling platform valuations, generating reports, and scheduling annual review meetings.
CRM Maintenance: Ensure all client interactions, workflow stages, and documentation are accurately maintained within the practice database.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working within an Australian financial planning practice, specifically in a client services, advice implementation, or practice administration role.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on familiarity with major wealth management wrap platforms, superannuation structures, and life insurance administration.
Process Ownership: Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client files concurrently while maintaining high attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Professional written and verbal communication, with an ability to communicate clearly with product providers and show empathy during sensitive client moments.
