SYPAQ is seeking an HR Specialist to join our People and Culture team at the Port Melbourne head office.
You will develop, implement and interpret HR policies, manage employee data, and support employee relations, acting as a key link between management and staff.
Qualifications in Human Resources and related field, plus experience in HR / People & Culture, are desirable.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and MS Office proficiency are essential; Australian citizenship with Defence
