Job Description
About the role Lead the daily operations of a large-scale cropping and export hay enterprise near Merredin.
Reporting to the owner, you will coordinate people, contractors, machinery and seasonal programs while helping build a capable and consistent team.
Duties Plan daily, weekly and seasonal farm operations Lead staff through seeding, spraying, hay and harvest Coordinate contractors, transport and machinery maintenance Operate and troubleshoot modern broadacre machinery Maintain protected systems and communicate progress to the owner.
Skills & experience Broadacre cropping experience, ideally including hay or straw Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Experience coordinating staff,
contractors or seasonal teams HR licence and capacity to upgrade to an MC licence Chemical handling certification, or capacity to obtain it.
