The Role
With a strong national presence and growing demand, our Brisbane offering is expanding, and we're looking for a driven and experienced Account Manager / Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where you'll manage recruitment delivery while growing accounts and building long-term client relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Conduct client site visits and develop ongoing partnerships
Manage end-to-end recruitment for temporary and permanent roles
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure quality placements
Coordinate and deliver high-volume/bulk recruitment campaigns
Maintain talent pipelines and proactively source new candidates
Grow revenue through account expansion and business development
Negotiate rates and terms with clients
Ensure compliance with industry, safety, and company standards
Provide general administrative and office support as required
About You
We're looking for someone who is passionate about recruitment, outcomes-focused, and motivated by strong client results.
You will have
Proven experience in recruitment or account management (leadership experience a plus)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A results-driven mindset with strong time management and organisation
Resilience and the ability to work under pressure
High attention to detail and experience using recruitment software or CRM's
Strong commercial acumen with a proactive approach to business growth
A self-motivated, professional, and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Confident using Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms
Hold a current driver's licence and understanding of WHS or compliance in blue collar industries
