You'll work with families and health professionals to deliver person‐centred care that builds independence and confidence.
Your duties include mobility assistance, daily tasks, positioning, medical liaison, social activities and advocacy, with a 24/7 roster that may include sleepovers.
You'll tailor supports to each client's goals, culture and routines.
