About the position
Our Wests New Lambton site is currently seeking part time Scullery Attendant to join our Catering team.
This opportunity is responsible and key to our back of house operations in our food court and restaurants.
Duties will include:
Cleaning of all soiled crockery, cutlery and equipment
Clear and clean tables when required
Cleaning of work areas
Assist with the set-up of service
Sweep and clean floors
Ensure appropriate disposal of waste
This position will require availability for split shifts for breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
Availability for work on Friday nights, weekends and good availability through the week is a must.
As part of The Wests Group recruitment and assessment process, all candidates progressing to the next stage will be required to complete relevant due diligence and probity checks specific to the role.
This includes, but is not limited to, a Criminal History Check, reference checks, and right to work verification via our company portal.

About you
You are someone who can work under pressure while at all times ensuring that our current high standards are met.
With good availability throughout the week and weekends, previous experience in a similar café operations or the likes of Fast Food chains is desirable.
Along with good work ethics, you will have the ability to work in a large team environment.
