You'llbe part of a team that keeps our indoor and outdoor spaces, including designated smoking zones, welcoming, safe, and enjoyable – fromassistingwith service and enquiries, through to ensuring our venuesremainclean and inviting.
As part of our vibrant front-of-house team,you'llplayan important rolein creating memorable experiences for our members and guests — from serving drinks and celebrating jackpot wins, to ensuring our venues always feel welcoming and full of energy.
Whatyou'llbe doing:
Delivering warm, attentive customer service
Serving drinks andassistingguests in our bar and gaming areas
Operating Tab and Keno terminals
Resetting and processing jackpot payouts
Maintaining tidy, well-presented service and public areas
Handling cash and operating tills accurately
This casual role offers flexible hours, with shifts acrossevenings, weekends, and late nights— perfect for those who enjoy working when the club is at its most vibrant.
Mandatory certifications required:RSA and RCG
About you
You'resomeone who enjoys making people feel welcome and creating an atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.You have an eye for detail, take pride in doing things right, and can stay calm and upbeat even when things get busy.
You'llshine in this role if you:

Are confident managing cash and working under pressure
Can bring a positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm to every shift
Are comfortable working nights and weekends
