with strong expertise in both
Manual

Automation Testing
, particularly using
Selenium and Playwright
. The candidate will lead QA initiatives, define test strategies, ensure product quality, and mentor testing teams in Agile delivery environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end QA activities across projects.
Create and execute
manual and automated test cases
.
Develop and maintain automation frameworks using
Selenium and Playwright
.
Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, UAT, and API Testing.
Manage defect lifecycle using JIRA or similar tools.
Collaborate with Development, Product, and Business teams.
Drive test planning, estimation, reporting,
and release sign-offs.
Mentor QA team members and enforce testing best practices.
Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines.
Required Skills
Solid experience in
Manual Testing
and QA processes.
Hands-on expertise in
Selenium WebDriver
and
Playwright
.
Experience with Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.
API Testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or Playwright.
CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions.
Test Management & Defect Tracking: JIRA, Azure DevOps.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Skills
BDD/Cucumber
SQL & Database Testing
Cypress/Appium
Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
Performance Testing tools (JMeter)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
