We're looking for an experienced
BIM Manager
to lead the continued development of our Virtual Design & Construction capability across the business.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you'll play a key role in embedding BIM and Digital Engineering practices across procurement and project delivery while supporting project teams nationally.

About the role
Working closely with our Operations, Procurement and Construction Support teams, you'll provide technical leadership across our digital construction platforms and help drive consistency, innovation and continuous improvement throughout the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the implementation and ongoing development of BIM and VDC processes
Supporting project teams using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM platforms and Common Data Environments
Developing standards, procedures and best practice workflows
Providing training and mentoring across the business
Supporting Design & Construct opportunities through improved digital coordination
Driving model-based collaboration to improve quality, programme certainty and project outcomes
Working with project teams to identify value engineering opportunities and reduce delivery risk
Championing continuous improvement across digital engineering systems and processes.
About you:
You'll already have experience leading BIM or Digital Engineering initiatives within commercial construction and enjoy helping project teams get the most from technology.
Ideally you'll bring:
Experience leading BIM or Digital Engineering on commercial construction projects
Strong knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Common Data Environments
Experience with Revit, Navisworks and other BIM authoring and coordination platforms
Understanding of ISO ***** and BIM governance principles
Experience implementing BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
Knowledge of 4D and 5D BIM principles
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
A collaborative approach with a passion for mentoring others
The ability to simplify technical information for operational teams
