Willoughby Leisure Centre is entering an exciting new era with the opening of its redeveloped aquatic and leisure facility, and we're looking for an enthusiastic Swim School Supervisor to help lead the delivery of high-quality aquatic programs.
Working closely with the Swim School Team Leader, you'll support the day-to-day operation of our growing Swim School, mentor and develop instructors, and help create an outstanding experience for participants and their families.

About the Role:
As the
Swim School Supervisor
, you will:
Support the daily operation and coordination of Swim School programs.
Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with families and participants.
Assess student progress and ensure swimmers are enrolled in the right programs to maximize development.
Assist with staffing, scheduling, bookings and program administration.
Contribute to program growth, retention strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
Help develop and maintain a positive, high-performing team culture.




Deliver learn-to-swim lessons when required and promote best practice teaching standards.
Ensure all programs operate safely and in line with organizational policies and procedures.
What You'll Bring:
Experience
working in a Swim School leadership or supervisory role.
Robust knowledge
of aquatic programming and learn-to-swim delivery.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Confidence leading and supporting instructors and casual staff.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
The ability to build positive relationships with participants, families and colleagues.
A commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
What you'll bring:
Australian Teacher of Swimming & Water Safety qualification.
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
Current Working with Children Check.
