About The Role
Reporting directly into management
Oversight of HSEQ across approximately 10 + sites
Multi-state coverage including NSW, VIC, QLD, and WA (including Perth-based projects)
Monday - Friday
Key responsibilities
Take ownership of HSEQ systems and compliance across all projects
Drive consistent safety standards across multiple regions and sites
Conduct site visits and provide practical, hands-on support to project teams
Support reporting into management and ensure visibility of key risks and trends




Work closely with site teams to embed protected work practices
About you
Strong background in construction HSEQ (essential)
Solid understanding of ISO **** systems
Comfortable working across multiple concurrent sites and regions
Practical, down-to-earth approach to safety (not overly corporate, not junior)
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence site teams
Experience in fit-out or small-scale construction environments highly regarded
Confident using safety systems (Worx or similar platforms)
