Led the delivery and implementation of the
HCM ( Employee Relation / Workforce)
Collaborated with stakeholders across recruitment, onboarding, HR, ICT, and operational teams to capture, validate, and manage business requirements
Skills
Large-scale ICT, ERP, and
HCM project delivery
in government and enterprise environments.
End-to-end project management, governance, planning, and BAU transition.
Systems integration, data migration, and business process transformation.
Stakeholder, vendor, and executive relationship management.
Risk, budget, schedule, and advantages management.
PRINCE2, Agile, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Advanced Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft Office skills.
Organisational change management and business readiness.
