Store Manager
to lead one of Australia's highest-performing beauty retail stores.
This is more than a traditional Store Manager position. You'll be joining an creative, rapidly expanding retailer that is redefining the beauty experience through exceptional customer service, premium skincare, education and a people-first culture.

About the Role
As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of a flagship Sydney location, leading a passionate team to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving commercial success.
You'll be responsible for:
Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing retail team
Driving sales, KPIs and operational excellence
Creating an engaging and inclusive team culture
Delivering exceptional customer experiences through service and product education
Managing store operations including rostering, inventory and loss prevention
Developing future leaders within your team
Working closely with a supportive Regional Manager and Head Office functions
About You
We're looking for an inspiring retail leader who enjoys building strong teams and leading from the front.
You'll bring:
Previous Store Manager experience within premium retail




Solid commercial acumen with a proven history of achieving sales and KPI targets
Exceptional people leadership and coaching skills
Confidence leading in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
A genuine passion for customer experience
Beauty experience is highly regarded, however we're equally interested in leaders from premium fashion, lifestyle, luxury or specialty retail who have demonstrated success leading high-performing teams.
