ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Administration Officer to join our team. This role provides essential support to our daily operations, ensuring high-level efficiency across our various programs and locations.
The Administration Officer is responsible for updating and maintaining corporate administrative and operational processes, including data entry, customer service and liaising with key stakeholders.
This is a formally Identified position.

ABOUT YOU
Our ideal team member will:
Work closely with program teams to ensure office supplies are maintained and readily available
Communicate effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and non-Indigenous people in culturally safe and appropriate ways
Demonstrate and maintain positive interactions with clients and other agencies
Create, process and record correspondence
Maintain centralised registers
Prepare documents for team meetings and take minutes, as required
Arrange travel and accommodation, as required
Have relevant experience in an administrative role, ideally within the community services environment
Have excellent written and verbal communication
Have great organisational skills and attention to detail
Relevant qualifications (e.g. Cert III in Business, Cert IV in Mental Health) or a willingness to complete will be highly regarded
Event coordination experience will be highly regarded
Experience editing web pages and organisational social media will be highly regarded.
Possess a current Driver's License
Possess a current Blue Card (Working with Children).
