Are you a passionate Beauty Educator with a commitment to excellence and a desire to inspire the next generation of beauty professionals? We are looking for an experienced Contract Beauty Educator to help elevate our training programs and support the ongoing development of our salon teams.
Contractor Beauty Educator
About the Role
This is a contractor position where you will play a key role in reviewing, developing, and implementing both theoretical and practical training across our core services, including:
Brow Waxing
Brow Tinting
Lash Lifts
Brow Lamination
Lash Extensions
During your first week, you will work primarily from our office (4–5 days) to create and update training manuals, practical learning modules, and online assessments within our bespoke Learning Management System.
Following this, you will travel to our salon locations to deliver after-hours training, assess staff competency, and provide coaching and support.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and improve training manuals, learning modules, and assessments.
Deliver engaging theory and practical training sessions.
Demonstrate beauty services to staff when required.
Observe team members performing treatments on colleagues and model clients, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
Mark online assessments using our Learning Management System.
Ensure training is consistent, engaging,



and aligned with company standards.
Support the implementation of current training initiatives across the business.
What We're Looking For
Our ideal educator will have:
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE).
Diploma of Beauty Therapy and/or Diploma of Salon Management.
Recent experience as a professional beauty trainer or educator.
Extensive practical experience in brow and lash services.
Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
Strong computer literacy and confidence using online learning systems.
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle, as travel between stores is required.
A genuine passion for education and developing others.
