About the Role
As the
Business Performance Coach – Queensland
, you will work closely with business owners, principals and sales leaders to enhance business performance and support sustainable growth.
You'll act as a trusted advisor, helping leaders identify opportunities, overcome challenges and implement strategies that improve profitability,



productivity and team performance.
This is a unique opportunity to combine coaching, consulting, facilitation and relationship management in a role that directly influences the success of businesses across the Harcourts network.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business owners and leadership teams to improve business performance and achieve growth objectives.
Facilitate business coaching sessions focused on performance, leadership development and strategic growth.
Support business planning, goal setting and accountability processes.
Analyse business performance metrics and provide practical recommendations to improve outcomes.
Deliver Academy training programs, workshops and professional development initiatives.
Build trusted relationships with business owners, sales leaders and teams throughout the network.
Promote and support participation in Harcourts Academy programs and development opportunities.
Assist with recruitment initiatives, growth projects, network development activities and events.
Collaborate with the Queensland State Team to deliver strategic business initiatives.
Travel throughout Queensland to support offices and strengthen relationships across the network.
What You'll Bring
To excel in this role, you will possess the following qualities:
Demonstrated experience within the real estate industry, agency operations or franchise network environment.
Strong understanding of sales performance, business operations and growth strategies.
Experience coaching, mentoring or supporting business leaders to improve performance.




Confidence facilitating workshops, training programs and group presentations.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse business metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
Well-developed stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
