FTE Salary Package up to $150,000 + Super
This is an exciting time to join a long established and well-known Australian enterprise which delivers a market leading portfolio of value-added manufactured products and services to customers throughout Australia. The business is headquartered in Melbourne's western suburbs and supports a substantial and centralized finance function which is professional, supportive and down to earth.
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller you will help to prepare and review periodic financial accounts and monthly management reports for a number of entities within the Group, review and analyse variances and costs, reconcile inventory movements across their network and support the ongoing improvement of finance processes and systems.
You are likely to be a qualified CA/CPA who would be open to a short term/interim engagement.
The opportunity to join a large finance team in a substantial manufacturing enterprise may also appeal to you. Previous relevant experience gained in the FMCG/Retail/Wholesale sectors and a solid understanding of inventory accounting principles is highly desirable. You should possess a collegial & professional work ethic, well developed technical accounting skills and a flair for developing influential and engaging working relationships with stakeholders.
