Anglicare Southern Queensland is seeking a Coordinator - Residential Care to lead Youth Workers and oversee day-to-day operations of a residential service in Harvey Bay. You will coach staff, ensure trauma-informed care, and coordinate ICPs and case reviews with a focus on safety and positive outcomes for children.
The role involves budgeting, resource management, and travel between facilities to support service delivery, with a permanent, full time posture (38 hours/week).
