Operations Manager
for their Brisbane site.
This is a business on the move: heavily automated, investing hard in its future, and supplying major retail and foodservice customers across Australia and internationally. They're looking for an operations leader with the ambition to match.
Reporting directly to the General Manager and sitting on the senior leadership team, you'll take ownership of the entire site - Production, Warehouse and Inventory - along with the performance, people and culture that drive it. It's a genuine opportunity to put your stamp on a large-scale operation and take it to the next level.
What you'll be doing
Leading and developing a large operational workforce in a fast-paced, automated environment
Driving site performance across safety, quality, productivity, yield, labour efficiency and customer service
Shaping and delivering operational strategy that supports business growth and profitability
Championing continuous improvement across manufacturing and warehouse operations
Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, partners and internal teams
Fostering a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, engagement and teamwork
Ensuring compliance across all safety,



quality and statutory requirements
Contributing to strategic planning and decision-making as part of the senior leadership team
About you
You're an operations leader who thrives on scale, pace and complexity and who brings people with you. You'll bring:
Significant leadership experience in food manufacturing, FMCG or a comparable high-volume environment
A proven track record leading large operational teams in complex manufacturing settings
Strong commercial acumen across budgets, labour management, yield and operational KPIs
Real runs on the board driving continuous improvement and operational excellence
Exceptional people leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills
Experience within highly automated manufacturing environments (highly regarded)
Sharp communication, planning and problem-solving capabilities
