The Iceman Group of Companies is an Australian wide business that provides repairs, servicing and breakdown coverage for the Refrigerated and Trailer Transport Industry. We are seeking a Data Entry Officer to join our team and learn about our business, procedures and develop their problem-solving skills to assist with our business nationally.
About the Role:
Your key responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to:
Entering and checking technician paperwork and jobs to convert to invoices.
Entering and checking all parts assigned to jobs.
Maintaining company and customer asset and servicing databases with most current and accurate data
Producing various reports as required
Completing various Adhock tasks as required
About You:
You will have a willingness to learn about our business and administration processes.
In addition to this, you will have the following:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good organisational and time management skills




Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
