About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team in Northcote. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys sourcing quality candidates, managing multiple vacancies and playing a vital role in delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes.
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will partner closely with Recruitment Consultants and Account Managers to source, screen and engage candidates across a variety of client accounts. You will be responsible for building talent pipelines, supporting recruitment campaigns and ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through to placement.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and internal databases
Conduct candidate screening and qualification calls
Complete reference checks and compliance documentation
Support consultants with candidate shortlisting and recruitment administration
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate communication
Manage multiple vacancies,



including urgent and niche recruitment requirements
Maintain accurate records within CRM and recruitment systems
Contribute to achieving strong time-to-fill outcomes and client satisfaction
Build talent pools and foster positive candidate
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous recruitment, labour hire or talent acquisition experience
Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
High attention to detail and commitment to compliance
Experience using recruitment systems, databases and job boards
A proactive, resilient and customer-focused approach
The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team culture
Current Driver's Licence
Valid Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
National Police Check (or ability to obtain)
