The Lutheran Homes Group is seeking a hands-on P&C; Business Partner to support HR across residential and community aged care. This in office role acts as the first contact for people matters, triaging, advising, coaching, and resolving issues while contributing to broader HR initiatives that lift capability.
You will work with leaders on ER/IR matters, performance management, workforce planning, and wellbeing/return-to-work support, with travel to regional Victoria sites each month.
