Are you a Senior Project Engineer with a proven background delivering complex concrete structures on civil infrastructure projects? This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established WA civil contractor with a strong pipeline of technically challenging work and genuine opportunities to progress your career as the business continues to grow.
Initially, you will take a lead role on a
$15 million remote WA project
, overseeing the delivery of FRP, complex formwork and detailed earthworks. Following completion, you'll transition onto a variety of Perth and regional projects involving precast concrete, formwork and other major civil structures.
This is a Perth-based position with offices located south of the river, with
ad hoc site travel as required
to support project delivery across WA.
The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the successful planning, coordination and delivery of key project packages while ensuring safety, quality, programme and commercial objectives are achieved.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the delivery of complex civil and structural concrete works
Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
Developing construction methodologies and work programmes
Planning and managing procurement activities
Monitoring project costs, forecasting and reporting




Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to specification
Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders
Supporting junior engineers and contributing to project planning
About You
To be successful, you'll ideally possess:
Degree qualifications in Civil Engineering
Proven experience as a Senior Project Engineer within a WA civil contractor
Strong experience delivering projects involving
FRP, formwork, precast concrete and/or major concrete structures
Experience with detailed earthworks and heavy civil infrastructure projects
Robust commercial awareness and planning capability
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Full Australian working rights (

)
Current Australian driver's licence
