Mercury IT, (mercuryit.com.au), currently has an opening for an experienced IT Support Technician for a full-time role.
The Role
IT Support Technician's are responsible for resolving level 1 and some level 2 support requests, performing initial troubleshooting and information gathering on more complex issues and escalating them as required.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years' experience
Presents well
Effective oral and written communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and to make independent decisions
Highly developed problem-solving skills
Ability to build and support professional relationships
A desire to continually develop your skills through company sponsored learning
Desirable skills and proficiencies:
Relevant current industry certifications




Previous MSP experience including support tools such as Autotask PSA and RMM (or similar)
