Lead the technical development, deployment, enhancement, and maintenance of Celonis‐based process‐mining solutions within Finance Solutions, ensuring high‐quality, scalable, and cost‐optimised analytics capabilities that meet Queensland Health's operational and strategic needs.
Oversee the end‐to‐end technical lifecycle of Celonis EMS, including data ingestion, event log creation, data modelling, dashboard development, and Action Flow automation, ensuring solutions align with best‐practice process‐mining methodologies.
Drive the achievement of Finance Solutions Unit outcomes by proactively identifying process‐mining opportunities, advising on emerging challenges, shaping strategic direction, and coordinating cohesive planning and delivery across the Unit.
Maintain strong and effective working relationships with third‐party vendors, including Celonis and other technology partners, to ensure platform stability, timely issue resolution, and continuous improvement of process‐mining capabilities.
Role fit
The essential requirements for this role are:
Deep understanding of SAP data structures: tables, relationships, and transactional flows
Proven ability to identify, document and define critical system and business requirements, in order to develop and advance Finance Solutions infrastructure and applications as best practice business intelligence solutions.
High‐level analytical, problem‐solving, and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex operational processes and generate actionable insights through process mining and advanced analytics.
Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing stakeholders, including senior HHS executives, operational leaders, and super users, to define scope, prioritise initiatives, and deliver analytical and reporting solutions within agreed timeframes.
Collaborate with BI technical specialists and senior officers to uphold data integrity and enhance the functionality of Finance Solutions applications and associated data.
Manage projects demonstrating expertise in project methodology, scoping and execution.
