About the Role
As a Trades Assistant, you'll work closely with experienced applicators and assist with:
Protective coating applications
Industrial painting and spray painting
Epoxy flooring and cement rendering
Surface preparation, including concrete grinding and cutting
Safe operation and handling of equipment and plant
General manual labour duties
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe worksite




Adhering to workplace health and safety procedures at all times
About You
To be successful, you will have:
A current White Card (essential)
Previous experience in construction or a similar hands-on environment
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
Reliable transport and the ability to travel to various work sites
Flexibility to work across predominantly North Brisbane locations, with travel to other project sites as required
Desirable (but not essential)
Elevated Work Platform (EWP) Licence
Working at Heights certification
Confined Space certification
Experience in painting, rendering, protective coatings, or industrial spray painting
Transport Option
Candidates based in the
Caboolture
or
Petrie
areas may have access to company vehicle carpooling arrangements, where available.
