This is your chance to play a key role in the successful delivery of a landmark development with a well-established commercial builder that has a strong pipeline of projects across South East Queensland. The Opportunity
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the structural works from commencement through to completion, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities
Leading all day-to-day structural construction activities on site.
Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site resources.
Driving programme outcomes and maintaining critical construction milestones.
Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring full WHS compliance.
Maintaining exceptional quality standards across all structural works.
Working closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager, engineers and consultants.
Identifying construction risks and implementing practical solutions to keep the project on track.
About You
To be successful, you will bring:
Proven experience as a Structures Foreman delivering large commercial or multi-residential projects
or
a strong background supervising structural works as a Formwork or Piling Foreman looking to take the next step.
Extensive knowledge of reinforced concrete structures, formwork systems, piling, post-tensioning and structural sequencing.
The ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors while maintaining programme, quality and safety expectations.
Robust leadership, communication and organisational skills.
A proactive, hands-on approach with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
