Key Responsibilities
Lead process analysis, future-state design, and stakeholder workshops to define and align target-state operating models.
Manage the transformation backlog and drive implementation of process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives.
Drive implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for automation and AI enablement.
A Successful Candidate Will Possess the Following
Experience support Scam Prevention initiatives (nice to have).




Hands on experience in Product Ownership, Process Design Business Analysis, or Transformation roles, ideally within a regulated environment.
Strong Agile delivery, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and process transformation experience.
