About the Role:
Join EDQ's Infrastructure Investment team and play a key role in delivering infrastructure funding programs and commercial agreements that support housing, infrastructure and economic development across Queensland.
Manage and support infrastructure funding programs from implementation through to performance monitoring
Negotiate and administer complex infrastructure agreements with a broad range of stakeholders
Build strong relationships across government, local councils, utilities and industry
Prepare high-quality reports, executive briefings and recommendations for senior decision-makers
Manage consultant contracts, project budgets and funding agreement reporting




Review infrastructure components within local government planning schemes and contribute to policy reform
Support and mentor team members while driving continuous improvement initiatives
About You:
You're a commercially minded skilled who enjoys building relationships, negotiating outcomes and delivering projects that make a tangible difference to Queensland communities.
Experience working with infrastructure funding programs and/or commercial agreements
Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills across complex environments
Ability to analyse issues, develop practical solutions and manage competing priorities
Excellent written communication, including reports, briefings and executive correspondence
Experience managing contracts, projects or funding programs
A collaborative approach with a focus on continuous improvement
Qualifications in planning, property economics, infrastructure or a related discipline will be highly regarded
