About the Role
Dynamic Staffing Solutions is currently seeking multiple experienced LR Truck Drivers for ongoing, full time positions with one of our valued clients.
You will be responsible for completing multi drop deliveries of glass products throughout the Melbourne metropolitan area, averaging 10 to 14 deliveries per day. These positions require previous glass handling experience, a strong work ethic, excellent customer service, and a hands on approach to loading and unloading fragile products. This role involves regular manual handling and lifting of glass products weighing 25kg or more, while ensuring safe transport and delivery at all times.
Duties & Responsibilities
Complete 10 to 14 multi drop deliveries per day across Melbourne metropolitan.
Safely load, unload, and transport glass products.
Handle glass carefully to prevent damage during loading, transport, and delivery.
Secure loads using appropriate restraints and protective materials.
Conduct daily vehicle safety inspections.
Provide professional customer service at delivery locations.
Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
Skills & Experience
Current LR Driver Licence (Car Licence).
Previous glass handling experience is essential.
Previous multi drop delivery experience highly regarded.
Comfortable with repetitive manual handling and heavy lifting.
Strong understanding of load restraint and safe transport practices.
Good knowledge of Melbourne metropolitan roads.
Robust work ethic with excellent time management skills.
Reliable, punctual, and safety focused.
Able to provide a recent driving history if required.
