Qualifications & experience
No experience necessary, on the job training available
Must have a good level of English literacy, speech and comprehension. The ability to speak Cantonese and/or Mandarin will be looked upon favorably
Organised, efficient and able to work in a fast paced environment
Able to think independently
Confident, friendly and comfortable talking and communicating with new people, team members and patients
Reliable, honest, trustworthy, punctual and professional
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, team building and problem solving skills
Experience with D4W and Xero will be looked upon favorably

Ability to use computers, scanner, social media, digital apps will be looked upon favourably
Background in Economics/Accounting will be looked upon favourably
Tasks & responsibilities
Maintain accurate and complete financial records clinic software and accounting software systems
Track and send out lab work and receive lab work
Training will be provided in the form of videos, reading material and on the job training.



The successful candidate is expected to undertake self directed learning to upskill in order to be able to complete the tasks successfully that is required of this job
Take payment, understand health insurance, take claims from health insurance
General administration eg participating in correspondence, replying emails, replying social media, text, WeChat, rebook enquiries
Assist with the dental assistance in equipment sterilization and lab duties
Receive and send out postage and mail
Unpack and mark off the stock and dental lab work that arrives by postage
Contact patients (phone/text/email) with appointment reminders, to recall appointments and to confirm upcoming appointment
Ordering stock
Trouble shoot IT issues with the assistance of the IT support team
Assist with the marketing manager in organising material required for marketing
Opening and preparing the clinic in the morning
Assist with social media which includes filming videos and basic editing on phone apps
Daily and monthly Xero reconciliation
Xero payroll processing and staff timesheet management
Staff rostering and leave management
Coordination of equipment servicing and maintenance
