We are currently seeking experienced Crane Operators to join a major shutdown project at Whitehaven Coal's Blackwater Mine in Central Queensland.

12-hour shifts
0.5 hour paid travel at the start and end of every shift

Camp located approximately 30 minutes from site
Strong earning potential
Work on a major coal mining shutdown
Pay Rates
$55/hr – Ordinary Time
$70/hr – Time & a Half
$82/hr – Double Time
Weekly earning potential over $5,700
About the Role
You will be responsible for the safe and productive operation of cranes during a planned mine shutdown, assisting with maintenance, repairs, and shutdown works across site.
Requirements
Current Standard 11 / Generic Coal Induction
Current Coal Board Medical (or ability to obtain)
Relevant Crane Licence (CN or CO)
Current White Card
Current Blue Card
Previous mining, shutdown, construction, or heavy industry experience preferred
Whitehaven Site Induction highly regarded
